We See What We Want to See, We Block What We Want to Block

I've always known that we make up our own reality based on what we want to happen, but very recently, I had an experience that brought this fact home again. The only thing that makes a dream a fantasy and non-sleep-time reality is our expectation that we have to wake up. WE may not want to believe that we can fly or do other fantastic things that we can only do in our sleep and supposedly never remember. I lost a lot of money in the stock market and I was broke or so I thought. I could not get a loan because I could not show any income. I could not get a job because I was too old and retired, even though I have great skills that are still usable. It was a deepening spiral. I tried to get a job for 1 year without success. I would apply for loans every chance I got, without success. When Alan Greenspan lowered rates beyond belief, I made a decision that it was time to act. I got a loan first try with my old mortgage company. As for the job, well I'm busier now than I ever was, doing exactly what I love to do. This and many other experiences of late have shown me that once I make a firm decision to do something, it's done. I have been trying to manifest the loan for years, halfheartedly, but when I put real intent behind the decision, I manifested the loan immediately. Intent is the key, that is, being congruent with what you want. ie,.. Make it your passion and it will come true. You often have to be creative to get what you want, but if you are congruent, or true to yourself, you will find a way to manifest your dream. I was wanting to see no loan before, so that is what I saw. I was wanting to block the good loan from coming to me, so that is what I did. You sometimes have to take your blinders off to see the light all around you, before it becomes visible. Opportunity is there all the time, all you have to do is notice it in real time. By noticing it in real time, you make it possible to manifest your dream. Through the act of living in the now, or in flow, you attract the people and situations to you that you require to get the job done. Don't wait, go for it now! What's holding you back from seeing you having what you want? Very often, you have some inhibition from childhood that you don't even remember, so how do you break through. It takes a lot of courage to believe in yourself. Be consistent in your actions toward your goals. It's the small moves each day that make up a life. Of course., it's easier to believe that you are not worth it. Then, you have to do nothing and, of course, you get nothing more than what you've got now. If that is unacceptable, then reach out for your dream, it will come to you if you expend some effort with intent, not wishes. Intent is raw desire. When you desire a person or situation enough, there is no work involved, just flow. Flow is the universe working in the right wayas you pull the people and situations to you to manifest your desires. How fast you manifest equals the depth of your desire. I'm talking real determination here, no quitter or whiners allowed. Thihs is the kind of desire Tesla or Edison had. 10,000 way to make a light bulb that did not work and still Edison was in flow. Was he a success, yes, because he never stopped thinking and feeling he could invent the light bulb. What about Col. Sanders, living in the back of a Volkswagen at age 65, going to over 10,000 businesses before he got his first chicken order; do you think he was a success? When was he a success? While he was in process! If this life were easy to do well, there would be no point in coming here in the first place. It's easy to do nothing and just exist, but if you want to live your dreams, that takes conscious, consistent intent coupled with concerted action with a purpose in mind. Possibly you don't know what your purpose is, welcome to the crowd! You just have to get quiet and notice your life going by and what turns you on about being in 3-D. Once you think you know, drop everything and go after it. If you become bored or you have trouble making up your mind about it, then you haven't found your purpose yet, dig deeper and you will. Maybe you want to help people but you're sick or poor. Rich, healthy people do a better job of helping people than someone living in the gutter of life. Pick yourself up and dust yourself off, get healthy, the riches will come to you if that is part of your purpose. You are your own best healer, so physician, heal thyself and get on with it. Now!
